- Specific Introduction:
Corporate Legal Affairs: Participate in corporate management activities, promptly identify and prevent legal disputes, avoid or resolve potential legal disputes, respond to and handle corporate emergencies, and safeguard the smooth development of the enterprise. For example, provide legal opinions on legal issues related to corporate operations and management; participate in drafting, revising, and reviewing corporate bylaws, important rules and regulations, and important legal documents in production and operations; conduct legal knowledge promotion, education, and training for employees to improve their legal awareness, etc.
Corporate Website Production and Maintenance: Participate in corporate website construction, proficient in using platforms like Wordpress and Joomla to build Chinese and English corporate websites, and conduct long-term maintenance and updates. Possess good writing skills and abilities, capable of independently conducting corporate blog marketing, etc.
Accounting and Taxation: Possess primary accounting qualification level, capable of managing accounting affairs in small and medium enterprises, and can obtain the qualification certificate at any time. Proficient in tax law, capable of daily statistical management and declaration of corporate taxes in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Foreign Trade Practices: Possess CET-4 and CET-6 English proficiency (the latter is in preparation), familiar with legal English, capable of reviewing, modifying, or drafting relevant foreign contracts for enterprises to avoid or resolve potential foreign legal disputes. Familiar with e-commerce, capable of engaging in foreign trade quotation transactions and other practical operations, with spoken English sufficient for daily communication and still improving.
E-commerce: Familiar with e-commerce systems such as B2B, B2C, B2M, etc., with good coordination abilities in advertising, consultation and negotiation, online ordering, online payment, electronic accounts, service delivery, opinion solicitation, transaction management, etc., and capable of managing and performing specific tasks in any aspect of e-commerce.
Electronic Office: Proficient in using software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, familiar with collaborative office software, OA software, and other office systems. Good typing speed in both Chinese and English.
